During hypnotherapy we always work with your subconscious mind. Wherever it takes you, there is the need to go. Whether that is into the childhood memory or an event from yesterday, whether it is on earth or another planet, this life or something else, we just follow, that is exactly what you need to see. Your subconscious knows all about you, all the memories, beliefs and their origins as well as the best solutions to your problems. Sometimes all you need is to ask.
You are always in control. Hypnosis is like a relaxed state, such as daydreaming or automatic driving when you don’t realise how you got to your usual destination.
In hypnosis the suggestion is coming from the therapist, but you are the one to accept it. You are also the one to accept the healing suggestions. The purpose of hypnotherapy is different from stage hypnosis, even though for the stage hypnosis to have an effect you also need to accept the suggestions from the hypnotist.

Your subconscious mind will not bring up anything that you are not ready to face and heal. You are not going to re-live the events, it will feel more like observing them. Emotions will come up if they need to come up, and that is necessary for healing.

Yes that is possible. Online sessions are as powerful as in person sessions.
Currently not. For that I need to follow a course such as “Psychosociale basiskennis”, which is taught in Dutch. I will follow this course when my Dutch becomes fluent enough for it.
