Client agreement: By using the services mentioned on this website I (The Client) agree with the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Cancellation or moving the appointment
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the session.
Re-scheduling can be done up to 48 h before the session.
In case of late cancellation or re-scheduling half of the session fee will be charged.

I (The client) understand the following:
Hypnosis is not intended to replace any medical treatment or cure any specific condition or disease. Hypnosis does not replace the services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or a doctor of any type. In case of a mental condition the hypnosis is not advised.
Individual results may vary. Every session and every client is unique, and the success depends on many factors outside the control of the therapist, including the client’s willingness to cooperate and desire to allow change. All healing is self-healing. In addition, transformation is a process and it can take time.
I (The Client) bare the sole responsibility for what I do with the information gathered during the session and how it affects my life in the future and my healing process.
I (The Client) understand that during the hypnosis session I will not be asleep and will be in total control of my own body and mind.
Audio or video Recording
I (The Client) give permission to make audio (or video) recording of the session. I will receive a copy of the recording and Hasmik Hay will have the copyright of the material.
Confidentiality
The material from the session may be used for educational purposes, illustration of example success stories in blogs or books, or in discussions with other therapists, but in any case without exposure of personal details of The Client.
